Returns may be accepted within 90 days from the date of delivery on eligible items after prior return authorization. Custom, special-order, used, modified, opened media, contaminated items, electronics, spare parts, obsolete parts, demonstration equipment, and items used in hazardous environments or with hazardous materials may be non-returnable. Authorized returns are subject to inspection and a restocking charge of 20% or $50.00 USD, whichever is higher. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
