Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Accuthermal LLC d/b/a Accurate Thermal Systems.

Returns are subject to prior written authorization. Customers must contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without approval, an RMA number, or the required return paperwork may be refused.

After approval, we will provide an RMA number and return instructions.

Goods may only be returned within 90 days from the date of delivery and only after the customer has requested and received the necessary return authorization and return paperwork.

The customer must notify Accuthermal LLC d/b/a Accurate Thermal Systems within 15 days of the invoice date or delivery date regarding non-delivery, shortages, incorrect shipments, damage in transit, or product nonconformity. If notice is not provided within this period, the goods may be deemed accepted.

The company reserves the right not to accept the return of goods. Goods made to customer specifications, custom products, branded or private-labeled instruments, consumables, opened media, software, electronics, spare parts, obsolete parts, used equipment, demonstration equipment, modified items, contaminated items, and items used in hazardous environments or with hazardous materials are non-returnable.

Authorized returns are subject to inspection and may be rejected for credit. Damaged items, missing items, missing packaging, or incomplete returns may be subject to additional charges or refusal.

A restocking charge of 20% or $50.00 USD, whichever is higher, is levied on approved returns.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items returned freight collect may be refused or returned to the customer freight collect.

For products found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period, Accuthermal LLC d/b/a Accurate Thermal Systems may repair or replace the product at its discretion, provided the defect is not the result of misuse, accident, negligence, improper use, or hazardous operating conditions.

Accuthermal LLC d/b/a Accurate Thermal Systems cannot warrant instruments used in conjunction with hazardous environments or hazardous materials and cannot accept returned items for credit or repair that have been used in these conditions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
