Shipping Policy
At Accuthermal LLC d/b/a Accurate Thermal Systems, we engineer and deliver high-precision temperature calibration equipment. We partner with reliable freight and parcel carriers to ensure your instrumentation arrives safely and securely.
1. Order Processing & Handling Time

Order Cut-Off Time: Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

In-Stock Items: Orders for standard, in-stock products (such as select inserts or accessories) are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

Built-to-Order / Custom Items: Due to the technical nature of our equipment, certain calibrators and custom inserts require precision manufacturing or calibration testing. These items carry a lead time of 2 to 4 weeks. We will notify you immediately with an estimated ship date upon order confirmation.
2. Shipping Rates, Transit Times & Methods
We ship domestically within the United States and internationally to select regions. Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Carriers: We primarily utilize FedEx and UPS for parcel shipments. Heavy equipment may ship via LTL Freight.

Estimated Transit Times:

UPS/FedEx Ground (U.S.): 2–7 business days after shipment.

LTL Freight (U.S.): 3–10 business days after shipment, depending on destination.

International: Quoted on a case-by-case basis. Transit times vary by region.

Shipping Destinations: We ship to physical business and residential addresses. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to carrier restrictions on high-value industrial equipment.
3. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, Accuthermal LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Damages and Shortages
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If any technical equipment arrives damaged or if there are missing components, contact us within 48 hours at sales@accuthermal.com or call 609-326-3190 so we can initiate a carrier claim and expedite a replacement.
